Glen has been working with Neven in the kitchen of MacNean Restaurant for 7 years. He has also undertaken a stage in the kitchen of Gordon Ramsey and John Campbell. He shares Neven's passion and enthusiasm for food, working to create perfect dishes each service.
Michelle Bradley, Reservation Manager:
Michelle has been working in customer service since 1998. Having worked in a range of four and five star hotels she joined the MacNean Team in early 2010. She currently works with her team to start the MacNean experience before the guest arrives at the time of reservation and extending a warm welcome to all guests at the front desk.
Blaithin McCabe:
Blaithin first met Neven while studying catering and hospitality in Fermanagh College, and started to work in MacNean House and Restaurant. After gaining experience in a number of restaurants she returned in 2007 full time as part of the Front of House team. Blaithin works closely with our wine consultant developing her wine knowledge to ensure the wine choice complements the MacNean dining experience.
